Convert RMB into foreign exchange.

Locked exchange rate: During a fixed period of time, our bank will lock in the exchange rate between RMB and foreign currency to control the exchange cost; the procedure is simple: within the annual total foreign exchange purchasing amount, it can be transacted with a valid ID card.

1. The information on foreign exchange purchasing shall be truthfully declared. The purpose of foreign exchange purchasing shall be consistent with that of foreign exchange payment;

If the foreign exchange purchased by an individual is temporarily deposited into an account or used to purchase foreign exchange wealth management products because the final purpose of foreign exchange purchasing cannot be determined, "other" shall be selected as the purpose of foreign exchange purchasing, and the name of the financial deposit institution or foreign exchange wealth management products and purchased foreign exchange amount shall be specified in "Detailed Description of Foreign Exchange Purchasing Matters". "Estimated Time of Using Foreign Exchange" can be used to fill in the time of depositing foreign exchange into the account or purchasing foreign exchange wealth management products;

3. Mobile Banking handling time: 9:30 - 15:00.

The customer shall go to the business outlet with his/her valid identity certificate, foreign exchange savings account and relevant authenticity certificates to handle the transaction.

Log on to Mobile Banking → Foreign exchange settlement and sale → Foreign exchange purchasing business → Read "Instructions for Individual Foreign Exchange Settlement and Sale Service of Zhengxin bank" → Read the content of "Application for Individual Foreign Exchange Purchasing" → Input relevant elements according to instructions on the page → Submit for acceptance.
